When you place an order or contact us, we collect only the data needed to fulfil your order and provide support:

• Detailed delivery address.
• Email (optional).
• Order details and requested products.
• Any additional notes you choose to share.

We do not request or store bank card data — payment is made either by Cash on Delivery or through external payment gateways (Vodafone Cash / InstaPay) from which we keep no sensitive data.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To fulfil and deliver your order via our delivery partner.
• To contact you to confirm the order or update you on its status.
• To improve the shopping experience and customer service.
• To send order notifications via WhatsApp.

We will not sell or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with our official delivery partner (Waslha — Egypt Post) and only the minimum required to deliver the order (name, phone, address).

3. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver orders through "Waslha", the delivery service operated by Egypt Post, an official delivery service covering every governorate in Egypt.

• Orders are delivered within the timeframe announced by our delivery partner, depending on the governorate.
• Delivery times may be affected by official holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
• If we cannot reach you to confirm your address, your delivery may be delayed.
• Shipping fees — if any — are clearly shown on the checkout page before confirmation.

4. Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery: available in most governorates.
• Vodafone Cash / InstaPay: direct transfer to the number shown on the checkout page.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

We make every effort to deliver products in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or does not match its description, please:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order via WhatsApp.
• Keep the product in its original condition with complete packaging.
• Attach a clear photo of the product and your order number.

The following items cannot be returned for health and customer-safety reasons once their packaging is opened: opened perfumes, used cosmetics, or any personal care item whose seal has been broken.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, text and trademarks on this site are owned by ruheljamal or their respective owners. They may not be reused, copied or redistributed without prior permission.

7. Cookies

The site uses simple cookies to remember your preferences (such as selected language and cart contents). These cookies are not used to track your activity across other websites.

8. Protecting Your Data

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
